About us

Our mission

It all started with a simple idea: we wanted to create spaces where we would immediately feel at home on our own travels. Today we put all our passion into renting out and looking after our apartments in Bonn, Meckenheim and the surrounding area.

We are not an impersonal chain, but hosts by conviction. Our aim is to offer you not just a bed for the night, but a true feel-good experience. From the carefully selected furnishings and the highest cleanliness standards to a completely smooth check-in – we personally take care of the small details that make a stay special.

Whether you are travelling on business, visiting a trade fair or simply exploring the region: we very much look forward to welcoming you!

More than just hosts: our second line of business

More than just excellent hosts: our expertise in electrical engineering

Anyone who stays with us quickly notices: everything here works smoothly, safely and with state-of-the-art technology. That is no coincidence!

Alongside our passion for hosting, our heart beats for professional craftsmanship. As a qualified specialist company for energy and building technology, we not only ensure the highest safety standards in our own apartments, but also offer this expertise as an independent service to our customers.

Hospitality meets technical precision Whether smart door locks for check-in or the perfect lighting of the rooms – we know exactly how modern technology makes everyday life easier. This know-how from D&T Projekt GmbH flows into all our projects.

Our areas of expertise:

• Energy and building technology: From modern building installations and intelligent control systems to the professional wiring of distribution boards.
• Safety & testing: Electricity forgives no mistakes. We carry out professional measurements and tests of electrical installations (such as insulation measurements and RCD tests in accordance with strict VDE standards).
• Renewable energy: The future is green. We take care of the planning, sizing and installation of photovoltaic systems including inverters and battery storage.
• Everything from a single source: From the first cable run to the finished fit-out – we support construction and renovation projects with craftsmanship and precision.
